In our house FULL of girls (lucky Daddy & Nate!) we have many emotions, so we are thankful when we get smiles!
Combine corn syrup and sugar in sauce pan. Bring to boil for 1 minute, then add peanut butter. Add mixture to rice crispies. Spread into 9x13 pan. Melt chips together and spread over top. Let cool then cut.
